Notably, subscription revenue constituted 85% of the total revenue.

Additionally, C3.ai’s success is focused on expanding partnerships and a diversified customer base. The company closed 60% of its agreements through a network of partners like Google (NASDAQ:GOOG, NASDAQ:GOOGL) Cloud, Amazon’s (NASDAQ:AMZN) AWS, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) and Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE:BAH). Noteworthy is the company’s federal business growth, showing a 39% increase in bookings with the U.S. Department of Defense.
